Oreo Pie

oreo4Okay, I love Oreo Cookies. And Pies. So there is only one thing that could make me happiest: Oreo Pie. I used to work at a deli in Montgomery named Chappy’s Deli. They had an Oreo Pie there that I just loved. My stepmom used to make this Oreo Pie, and dare I say…it’s better. This will take you 10 minutes to throw together. After it chills for an hour or two, I know that you are gonna call me and cuss me out. It’s THAT good. (The reason you will cuss me out is ’cause you will eat the whole thing.) For the recipe,

For my Step Mom’s famous Oreo Pie, you will need the following:

28 Oreos (crushed–with the cream!!)

8 ounces Cream Cheese, Softened

8 ounces Cool Whip (defrosted)

1 small instant Vanilla Pudding

1 small instant Chocolate Pudding

1 stick butter — melted

1 cup powdered sugar (10X)

First mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter and press into an oblong pan.oreo3 (I know this is called a pie, but you need to make this in a 9X13 pan). In a separate bowl, mix the Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, and 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread it over the Oreos. Prepare the puddings and spread on top. Top with the remainder of the Cool Whip, and crush you up about 4 more Oreos to sprinkle on top. Throw this in the fridge for 2 hours (or as long as you can stand it) then start eating it. Please try to have a little self-control.
